Deke came to me as an 8 week old
puppy from Colorado. He was flown in
from Denver and picked up at LaGuardia
Airport here in New York. I had high
hopes for this little guy and from the day
he got home he has been a big part of
our family. He started pointing the first
day I took him into the woods, 8 weeks
and 1 day old. He site pointed a bunch of
morning Doves.

Deke is a joy to train and was and is
one of the smartest dog's I have come
across. He learned things as fast as I
could teach them and became a well
disciplined and great hunting dog his
first year in South Dakota at 13
month's old. To Date Deke is an
Advanced Pointing Retriever (APLA),
a Started Hunting Retriever (HRC),
and a Junior Hunter (AKC). I just
started to hunt test him in the spring of
2005. We are totally new to the hunt
test games.
We have continued to train and Deke
will be working on his Master Pointing
Retriever Title in The APLA
one of the smartest dog's I have come

that I would not invite back in my
blind. I want a well rounded dog that
can do just about anything.

Cerf'd. They must either be proven by titles or more importantly be proven hunting
dogs and family companions. Deke is available for natural breeding or semen can be
made available by shipping fresh chilled or frozen. If you are interested in breeding to

His stud fee is $850.00 and $1000 for Fresh or Frozen
